A turn of the century carved wooden putti angel wall Frieze . Polychromed and gilded. Showing some signs of the usual age related chips and cracks.
The face being carved separately and then added to the wings as shown on the last picture.
Heavy, a wonderful old religious or decorative find ,French circa 1890
