A fine hallmarked sterling silver cream jug, crafted in 1879 by the respected West Country silversmiths Josiah Williams & Co, Exeter. This elegant jug stands on three ornate feet and features beautifully executed chased decoration around the lower body, with a scalloped rim and a classic Victorian form. A wonderful example of Exeter silver, which is increasingly sought after due to its limited production.
