Item Details

A fine pair of hallmarked sterling silver napkin rings, assayed in Birmingham in 1936 and crafted by Henry Griffith & Sons Ltd, a respected maker known for quality silverware.

Each ring features a crisp engine‑turned pattern with polished rims, showcasing classic pre‑war British design. The hallmarks are clear and well‑struck with vacant cartouche:

H.G&S Ltd (maker)
Anchor (Birmingham)
Lion Passant (sterling silver)
Date letter “M” for 1936
These napkin rings present beautifully, with only light age‑appropriate wear and a bright, reflective finish. A lovely addition to any silver collection or an elegant table setting.
