This is an antique early Italian solid silver champagne/wine coaster from the early 1800s hallmarked Torino, Italy. Made of .950 silver, it has an elegant design typical of the antique style with pierced gallery. The coaster would be a valuable addition to any collection of antique dishes and coasters.
It is hallmarked on the back with the .950 purity mark (bulls head) and the mark for Torino (Turin) Italy in the early 1800's. it is a stunning piece that could be used for other uses (Bon-Bon's, nut dish, etc...).


It measures 12 1/5 cm wide and 2 cm tall and has a .950 silver weight of 110 grams.
