Item Description
Vintage C.1940s original oil painting on artist's board. By French artist Odette Durand (1885 - 1972) known as 'Dett'. A grand monocled gentleman in equestrian attire. Beautifully captured, with lots of character and presence. Atelier stamp verso. Presented in an earlier, gilt wood and gesso frame.
Good vintage condition with a few minor surface blemishes. The frame has some cosmetic damage and loss to the decorative mouldings.
