Item Details

A handsome 18th century South German Provincial oak sideboard of substantial presence and rustic charm . This generously sized piece features a shaped and moulded top over two paneled doors, each with curvaceous inset motifs characteristic of provincial craftsmanship. The bleached oak is showcasing beautiful  grain patterns and natural imperfections that adds to its authenticity . Antique keys are operating the old locks well. Iron hinges and original brass escutcheons lend further period detail, while the angular canted corners and stepped plinth base contribute to its architectural form . You will find one shelf in each side of the sideboard.
