Item Details

A thick soft wool rug from Bulgaria C1920. Constructed from narrow loom panels stitched together this has a naivety of make which results in it being a little narrower at one end than the other. This is not unusual for these wonderful old hand made textiles. Soft and fluffy, this would be a great statement piece in a bedroom or snug. We have 2 of these both of which are in very good condition with just a small mark to the corner of one (as seen in the photograph).
