We have two of these rare handmade Italian confit pots from the Bay of Naples. C1800 they have a white glazed surface with a bright yellow hand painted edge stripe to the rim. In very good condition for their age and former use, these would have originally been made to preserve food. Full of charm they make beautiful vases, utensil holders or purely decorative pieces.
