Story: The Hindeloopen style is a captivating folk art tradition rooted in the 17th century maritime prosperity of Friesland, Netherlands. Centred in the coastal town of Hindeloopen, the local culture is distinguished by its unique synthesis of lavishly painted furniture, delicate woodcarving, and the iconic use of exuberant chintz fabrics.
