Style: These elegant, large French cloches are mouthblown, featuring beautifully curvaceous profiles and perfectly formed knobs. Still bearing charming remnants of moss and garden greenery, these pieces serve as delightful sculptural accents, functioning perfectly as miniature greenhouses or striking display items.


Story: The cloche, a term derived from the French word for "bell," refers to a distinctive bell-shaped glass cover. Historically, these covers served gardeners as miniature greenhouses, shielding delicate plants from frost and harsh weather. Their utility has since evolved, and cloches are now frequently employed as elegant decorative accents or display domes.


There are two the same, but one with slight damage (see other listing). If bought as a pair an additional reduction in price to £295 per pair.
