Item Details

Style: Bridging classical antiquity and modern brutalist minimalism, this large scale plaster sculpture is a masterwork by acclaimed Danish expressionist Per Hillo. Mounted on a slender black iron rod anchored by a heavy industrial base, this rare, limited edition variation offers a commanding gallery presence. A sophisticated focal point designed to anchor a mantle, pedestal, or sideboard. Some scuffs and small deep indent on back.

Story: Danish expressionist Per Hillo creates vibrant paintings and sculptures centered on love and human connection. An independent artist with an international following, his notable achievements include high-profile commissions for the Pandora Headquarters and a presentation to Queen Margrethe of Denmark.
