Exquisite and rare vintage Poole Pottery large ginger jar from the 'Beardsley Collection', featuring a striking black-on-white printed design complete with an intact lid with peacock design detail. It is in perfect condition, free from cracks or chips, and comes with the original collector's leaflet showcasing the entire collection.


Beardsley was born in Brighton in 1872 and was influential on the poster art movement and known for his erotic drawings. Poole Pottery introduced this Beardsley collection in 1979.
