Rich, vibrant hues and breathtaking detail bring the grandeur of a royal hunting group to life, offering a timeless statement piece steeped in historical elegance. In excellent condition. Story: Tracing their roots back thousands of years to ancient Egypt and China, wall hanging tapestries were originally used as practical insulation against cold stone walls and as portable status symbols for royalty. They eventually reached the height of their artistic golden age in France and Flanders throughout the Middle Ages and Renaissance.
