Style: This delightful bamboo table, dating to the early 1900s, captures the charm of a bygone era. Expertly crafted with a rectangular top and elegant splayed legs and a handy lower tier.


While it shows honest signs of age - on the top and sun damage to areas of the bamboo, it remains sturdy and in very good condition for its age.


Story: Victorian bamboo tables surged in popularity during the late 19th century as a key element of the Anglo-Japanese aesthetic movement, offering a lightweight, exotic departure from traditional, heavy Victorian furnishings.
