Mid-20^th Century Scratch Built Grocery Shop Model

A charming, aged hand-crafted scratch-built model of a grocery shop. Made from pine wood and covered in hand painted board/detail with old advertising sections. Glass windows and painted detail, the model opens so items can be displayed inside. We are unsure if this model was made to be played with by a child or as a small shop display item, it was discovered in a sweet shop in the south in England earlier this month.

Completely solid in structure and form, aged naturally across all the surfaces as shown in the photos provided. Flacking and loss to painted/paper sections, the right-hand side glass is cracked. Worn and weathered edges and well used item.   Its exceedingly difficult to photograph all the areas of this piece, therefore we strongly suggest reviewing all the photos provided as part of this advert and propose questions where sections are unclear to avoid disappointment upon purchase.
