Mid-20th Century metal jumping jigger toy.
Hes a bit of fun but has bags of character, this folk-art toy would have been made by a loving father/grandfather for a child to play with. Made from found pieces of metal including lead and toleware. Painted as a French man with a smart red jacket, bow tie and fashionable moustache, full articulated.
Dimensions in inches: H 7.5 x D 2 x W 1.5 Origin: Unknown Circa: 1930 - 1940 Condition: Good Completely solid in structure and form, aged surface as shown with a deep natural patina across all areas. A rare survivor so please expect this to be reflected in this items condition.
