A very stylish French side table from the 1950's in the style of Charles Duduoyt. Made from solid oak, the table features a central geometric pedestal and a turned, ridged base, with also a turned edge to the top. The table references the French post war Modernist Movement that explored rural objects and furniture, and here, inspired by the grape or apple press. The table breaks down to 3 easy to assemble pieces for international shipping if required, with no tools or skills required. In very good vintage condition.
