A very stylish and elegant pair of French andirons from the 19th century. Blacksmith crafted from heavy wrought iron, these fire dogs have been cleaned to reveal a contemporary bare metal colour, whilst still maintaining a light patina, and darkened pitting within the old iron. These stunning items would suit both a contemporary or traditional interior, to use as fireplace decoration or for a log fire. Size 43cm tall 27cm wide 55cm deep
