A very good quality French ceramic from the 1950's of a stylized bird. With excellent glazing and sculpting, the vessel or vase features a hollow body and tail plumage, through to its hollow neck and head. with fine colour layers, and an abstract pattern to both sides, the figure is well sized for a good decorative display presence. Unsigned and in excellent vintage condition. 18cm tall 29cm long 18cm wide
