A typical shape of chair found in France, dating from the 1950's perhaps a little earlier, this is a vintage reproduction of a Louis XV style armchair with a cane seat and back and small reupholstered arms.  The cane work is in very good condition, the paintwork is original and highly chipped, giving it the 'Shabby Chic' feels.

Ready to use as it is or repaint the frame if you choose.
