Garner Tullis an American artist born in 1939, he was a printmaker and painter. He was a highly experimental artist, especially in the 1960s.
Garner collaborated with many artists via Tullis Studios, notably William Wiley and Sean Scully.
He permanently relocated to Urbino in Italy in 2001. His works are in public collections, Brooklyn Museum, NY; Cleveland Art Museum, OH; the Museum of Modern Art, NY; the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, CA; the National Gallery of Art, Washington, DC; and the Philadelphia Museum of Art, PA.
