Tremendous looking and super quality. Loughborough furniture tended to concentrate on the quality market selling via Heal’s and the like, so expect a real eye for detail and super build quality. It was very much a case of quality not quantity for these fastidious British makers. This was designed by Ward and Austin.

This chest of drawers is one of the more sought after designs with the lower drawer having stunning brass accents and a lovely feather grain to the frame. As mentioned the craftpersonship is first class and the condition is good having enjoyed a careful session in our workshop, so expect light marks, a good tone and nothing nasty or off putting. All drawers are running smoothly, clean and have the original solid brass drop ring handles. Makers label to the inside of the top drawer.

When purchasing from us we include delivery in the purchase price which is based on a one person delivery for England and Wales. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, The Isles and for World-wide shipping. 

For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item.  If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
