Indian Water Carrier Antique Vase – G
A stunning hand-beaten Matki a spherical shaped water container with rivets and engraving detailing on the spout and top. They are a lovely decorative piece or a perfect vase for displaying flowers.
Originally from India where they were used as water carriers.
Origin: Northern India
Circa: 1950s
Workshop Report: Overall vintage, some minor dents, repairs and imperfections as expected from years of use. Metal waxed for future protection.
As with all our products, this product is an original vintage item so there are signs of wear from use.
