Item Description
A wonderfully rustic set of four handcrafted copper haystack measures graduated in size from four gallons to half a gallon. London, mid-19th century. Each jug with a seal indicating compliance with L.C.C (London City Council) standards under Queen Victoria’s reign. We have lightly polished each jug to retain their individual patinas. With some dents and old repairs throughout, they are now better suited for decorative use.
