Item Description
Circa 1980s hand made boat sign, these signs are made along with the boats name sign to show where the boat comes from. This one is from the river Thames in London.
This particular example was made by renowned boat builder Stephen Dennett who also builds the actual boats.

We salvaged this sign from the famous Dennetts boat yard in Chertsey Surrey. Dennetts boat yard founded by Michael Dennet & now run by Stephen Dennett is very famous for its boat building & especially their boat restorations of WW2 boats. Including very famous WW2 era tug boats which traveled from the Thames out onto open waters to rescue solders stranded on the beaches of Dunkirk.
Condition is very good ( please see pictures ).
