We deal in and restore both the ordinary and the extraordinary, from our workshop in Northamptonshire. We work with a range of clients, from international interior designers to local private customers.

There’s a certain charm, an intrigue to pieces that wear their patina with pride and tell a story or two. There’s also enormous satisfaction in reviving those in a sorrier state and giving them a new lease of life, providing function and a pleasing aesthetic once again. We prize the character and individuality of old furniture; the idea of a life already well-lived for tens if not hundreds of years, which brings with it a quality assurance that it can continue to serve a happy purpose long into the future.

We have a keen appreciation for the relationship between old and new, how antique furniture can be repaired using modern techniques and materials to sit very happily within contemporary interiors and remind us that having functioned for 50, 100, 200 years, it can withstand many more years if well preserved, without the need to replace with new.
