Item Description
Here is a beautiful Danish teak highboard designed by Johannes Andersen and manufactured by Wilhelm Schauman Oy, Finland in the 1960s.
This wonderful piece in gorgeous warm Teak wood showcases a fabulous wood grain and various storage options; ideal for use in a dining room for dining items or in a lounge with a selection of mid-century smalls.
There are two large sliding doors to the top – left revealing three pull-out drawers and one adjustable shelf, lined with Green felt. Top right two internal selves, The middle has two sliding tambour doors with two small post sections, great for letters, and one shelf, and at the center that pulls out for writing letters, further down you have two more large storage cupboards.
Furthermore, it would make a wonderful drinks cabinet.
Very rare and hard to find.
