Item Description
An antique French bathroom shelf. With its original glass shelf. Beautifully shaped almost Art Nouveau mounts in solid brass with a nickel plated finish. Handy size for bathroom essentials. Each back plate has two screw holes for wall mounting.
In very good condition, having been sensitively restored to still reflect the age of the piece. Some of the nickel plate has worn to reveal the brass underneath. There is the tiniest of chips to one glass corner, see last photo. I wanted to keep the original shelf, though it would be straightforward to have another cut at a glaziers.
