Item Description
A Victorian, cast brass pastry tool with a double wheel to one end and crimping tweezers to the other. This is well made, it is English, and it dates from c.1880. The double wheel would have been used for trimming and marking the rim of a pie, or for cutting narrow strips of pastry, and the tweezer end was used for creating a herring bone design on the side of a pie. It is in excellent, usable condition.
Dimensions: Length 12.5cm. Diameter of wheel 2.5cm. Width of tweezer 2.5cm.
Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A. add £20. Most of Western Europe add £10.
