Charming Italian drop-leaf table with a hand-painted top decorated in scrolling foliate and floral motifs in warm ochre, green, lavender and terracotta tones.
The shaped end leaves fold down to create a compact console form, while opening to a generous oval surface for dining or display.
The table retains its original painted finish with attractive craquelure and age patina. A single frieze drawer with a wooden knob adds practical storage, and the simple trestle-style base provides sturdy support.
