Item Description
Large glass chandelier made in Italy during the 1960s. In very good vintage condition, the glass in vintage condition showing some minor signs of wear that add character to its history. The pins that hold the glass shades on have slightly rusted in places. Please see the photos. We may be able to improve the look of this slightly. The piece comprises 45 individual glass tubular shades and requires seven b22 lamps. These are not included, but can be supplied. The chandelier comes rewired with braided flex, chain and a matching ceiling rose.
This chandelier has been fully restored and rewired here, in Stockport, near Manchester by our small team of experts and is now ready to be installed. We recommend that this chandelier is installed by an electrician and into a joist or a supporting noggin. To clean the chandelier dust the metal components regularly with a soft cloth. The glass shades can then be wiped with a glass wipe or a cloth that has been sprayed with glass cleaner. A final wipe with a paper towel will give a polished finish.
