Item Description
This most charming little side table has existed in its current form from around 1890. Clearly made up from old parts of furniture & naively home assembled in the late 19th century. The legs are regency in date and finished in a simulated bamboo style, the circular under shelf dates to the late 19th century. The Arts & Crafts period top was most likely carved & cut specifically with the intention of creating this useful & very beautiful little side table. We are jolly glad that whoever took the time to do all of this did so, as its the most sweetest little side table we have seen for a while. The Arts & Crafts octagonal table top has been lovingly hand carved with Daffodils to the centre with a flowing floral garland of Ivy around the outside. The table stands firmly at 20.5 inches in height with the top being 12 inches across. Any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
