Item Description
I love these! A pair of vintage French open work curtains with deep band of decoration at the base. All made by hand.
These are such fun and much more interesting to hang at a window than a boring voile! Please take a good look at the photos to see the details.
There is no heading tape or anything at the top, often curtains like these had the rings sewn directly to the fabric. I think cafe clips would work well. If I need curtains like these to be longer I add a deep band of linen at the top which also takes a heading tape if needed. (I can have this done for you; please contact me to discuss.)
Just one mark that I can see and if you hang them the other way around it is barely visible (last two photos). Should soak out but I'd say they're ready for use as they are. Colour is a soft vintage white/ivory. Just a couple of tiny areas of broken threads but nothing to worry about.
