Item Description
A super quality, 18th century, blue jasper, heart shaped perfume bottle. This has no potters marks but it was probably made by Wedgwood or Turner and it dates from c.1790. The classical subjects are surrounded by a shield shaped cartouche and there are beautiful floral reliefs to the sides. All of the reliefs are of the finest quality. There is very slight damage to the classical relief on one side and to the beaded border on both sides. The piece has a silver lid and a glass stopper which has a chipped end.
Dimensions: Length 7cm. Width 3.8cm. Depth 1.2cm.
Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A add £20. Most of Western Europe add £10.
