Item Description

A 19th century copper charlotte mould engraved with the initials “L.R”. This is from the batterie de cuisine of Leonard Rothschild and came from Rushbrooke Hall in Suffolk which was the Rothschilds’ residence for a short time. It is well made, from a heavy gauge of copper, and has castellated seams. Date c.1880. There is very slight denting to the top. The tinning is still in usable condition.

Dimensions: Diameter 12.2cm. Height 10cm.
