Item Description
A 19th century, miniature copper mould made for the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria in 1897. This is marked, to the side, “RD294157 JONES BROS DOWN ST. W” It is made from a heavy gauge of copper and the modelling of the design is well detailed, with three diamond shapes above LX and a tied wreath. There is very slight pitting to the copper, from use, but otherwise it is in very good condition and the tinning, to the interior, is still in good, usable condition.
Dimensions: Length 6.7cm. Width 4.2cm. Depth 1.7cm.
