Item Description
A small, pewter ice cream mould in the shape of a squash. This is marked, in the casting, “M L & F”. This is a mark that I haven’t come across before but it is possibly American and it dates from c.1900. The mould is simple in form and there are some very small defects in the casting of the pewter. It is, however, in good condition. The exterior has a pale patina and the interior is in very good, bright, usable condition. Dimensions: Length 6.2cm. Width 5.4cm. Depth 4.8cm.
