Item Description
A small, French copper salmon kettle complete with drainer. This is marked “MADE IN FRANCE” and it dates from c.1920. It is well made, from a heavy gauge of copper, and the copper has quite a heavily planished finish. The pan has a wired rim and there are attractive brass handles to the ends of the pan and also to the lid. It is in excellent condition. Although it hasn’t recently been re-tinned, the tinning is still in very good, usable condition.
Dimensions: Length of pan 52.5cm. Width 15.5cm. Depth of pan 10.5cm. Overall length including the handles 57.3cm. Overall height including the handles 15.4cm.
