Item Description
A small, 19th century, French copper saucepan with a pouring spout. This is a good quality pan, made from a heavy gauge of copper, and it dates from c.1890. It is engraved with a large letter “M”, which would be the initial of a previous owner, but there are no manufacturers marks. It has a simple form of steel handle and a wide pouring spout. There is very slight pitting to the steel handle, from use, but otherwise it is in very good condition. The interior has been re-tinned so that it can be used.
Dimensions: Depth of pan 8.8cm. Diameter of pan 10cm. Width across the spout 10.9cm. Overall length of pan and handle 23.5cm.
