Item Description
A small, Wedgwood, dark blue jasper dip spill vase. This is marked ”WEDGWOOD MADE IN ENGLAND” and it dates from c.1920. It is also impressed with a number ”4” which relates to the height in inches. It is decorated, in white relief, with two of the Muses standing between trees and foliage. To the rim is a border of scrolls and flowers. The reliefs are all good quality and the jasper dip is a good, rich shade of blue. The vase is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Height 10.3cm. Diameter 5.9cm.
