Item Description
A mid sized, Victorian copper jelly mould. This is stamped “G & H CUSDEN 33 SOUTH AUDLEY STREET W.” and it dates from c.1880. The top is stamped with a pattern number “558” which corresponds with Benhams pattern number for this design so the mould was probably made by Benhams for retail by Cusdens. The simple design consists of ten dome topped, wrythen columns. The mould is in very good condition and the tinning, to the interior, is slightly worn but still usable.
Dimensions: Height 9cm. Diameter 9.8cm.
