Item Description
A small, Wedgwood, dark blue jasper dip bud vase. This is marked “WEDGWOOD MADE IN ENGLAND” and it dates from c.1920. It is also impressed with a letter “K” which would be a workman’s mark. It is decorated, in white relief, with three different classical figure groups, including the “Three Graces”, and the groups are divided by anthemion. To the neck is a narrow border of oak leaves and acorns. The reliefs are good quality and the jasper dip is a good, rich shade of blue. The vase is in excellent condition.
