Item Description
A wonderful full set of white magnetic letters (1 replacement letter 'I' which is larger than the rest) and punctuation characters on a metal painted sorting sheet in the original box. The box dates the set to the 1930's making this a wonderful old set in excellent condition - originally made for shop noticeboards, cafe menus and public displays they held the patent for this design and an identical set is held in the Science Museum Group Collection in London. Collectable and fantastic fun.
Each letter is 2cm high and the box measures 24cm x 27cm
