Item Description
Delightful Antique Victorian Oak 2 Drawer Desk 1880
A rather good looking and great quality 2 drawer Victorian English oak desk of sensible scale; it works well as a desk but also perfect for a hallway or bedroom. A few less of its type in this fetching tone of oak - just a little more interesting than mahogany. The look makes it great for a period home but also for a more modern setting.
It's an attractive piece with well turned legs, original brass handles, reeded drawer fronts and framed sides - all solid with sensible and attractive aging. The desk sits strong, is weighty for its size and is ready for placing after a careful clean.
A good looking English oak desk with 2 drawers c1880.
