A great looking and attractive piece from Liberty of London with the L&C stamp to the reverse of those classic original handles.

Lots to admire about this one – the oak is of a good tone, the little leaded porthole windows a delight, the ornate handles are classic Liberty, the well-shaped doors hinges just great and the over sailing plinth to the top finishing off the look – all rather good.

It’s of relatively sensible proportions with its mirrored middle door, hardware fitted interior and deep lower drawer making it perfect for a period hallway we think.

Condition wise it's good. It does break down into 3 for easier transportation, relatively simple to construct with a few screws and a bit of common sense, of course we will mail over instructions! It possesses all the original Liberty hardware and motifs to the outside. The little leaded glass windows are crack free and solid. The inside is neat and tidy and it smells fine.  We have ensured it’s clean, waxed so expect day to day wear but nothing nasty.

When purchasing from us we include delivery in the purchase price which is based on a one person delivery for England and Wales. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, The Isles and for World-wide shipping. 

For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item.  If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
