Vintage metal aluminium pigeon , combining artistic form with historical function. Likely designed as motion decoys or decorative birds, they feature a small central hole, originally used to mount the figures on sticks, allowing them to pivot and move gracefully in the wind. A shiny patch near the head served a practical purpose, to catch the light and signal presence to birds in flight.
