A highly decorative mid-century scratch built model of a ferris wheel, with original hand-painted swinging gondolas and working mechanical movement. This table-top model is constructed from painted timber and metal with a hand-cranked mechanism, this striking decorative object captures the charm and ingenuity of early fairground engineering in miniature form.
Original fitted with working lights (no longer working), switch and a couple of bulbs still remain. Structurally sound.
