Item Description
A rare pair of antique very dark red claret glass handblown globes with their original decorative brass hooked galleries. English, early 20th century.
Excellent quality heavy glass globes and galleries. Rewired with 1.5m bergundy fabric flex and patinated brass ES lampholders positioned using old brass tube to place a medium / large globe bulb approxiamately in the centre of the shade.
They will not give a very high light output - a red glow -obviously of varying intesity depending on the wattage of the bulb.....ATMOSPHERIC!
