This is an antique office desk chair. An English, oak drawing room elbow seat, dating to the Edwardian period, circa 1910.

• Gently rolled, shaped upper rail situated above a five post back rest
• Loop arms enclose the seat squab, with forward orientated supports
• Finished with a later, mid-century faux leather cushion and accentuated with press stud trim
• Raised upon four elongated cabriole legs with splayed rears, and being further united with an H-stretcher
• Maker's mark to the base for B. Maggs & Co of Clifton, Bristol
