This is a pair of small Champlevé tea caddies. An Oriental, brass and enamel lidded spice pots, dating to the Edwardian period, circa 1910.
Charming Oriental loose tea caddies, with delightful colour
Displaying a desirable aged patina and in good order
Quality brass presents warm golden tones
Distinctive amber glass finials sit atop each lid
Attractive Champlevé technique adorns the lid and quartet of fascia panels
Recesses within the brass are filled with colourful vitreous enamel for decorative effect
Copper collars to each rim adding a contrasting slice of warm tonality
Trio of short feet adorn the base, with the 1880-1920 China export mark centrally
